Life's Friendship Garden by Mary Beatty     Wandering alone through life's friendship garden I pause with you in mind  To snip a handful of dew-kissed roses Of an everlasting kind.    The Lavender rose stands for Hope Pristine White for Reverence Yellow is for Friendship Spicy Pink for Grace. Around the bend a fresh herb or two:       Ivy green for Trust and Loyalty Sweet Rosemary for Remembrance Ruffled Iris for Faith and Charity.   But tenderly nurtured And most precious will be The Red Rose for Love Front center you'll see.
