Love You Can TouchThis is a gathering of family keepsakes from five generations:Satin from my wedding dress in 1956. Lady doily crotched by my grandmother. Sunburst doily crotched by Ken’s Grandma Dinkey. 'Mylady's bracelet is my mother's wedding band, her earring, Laura's baby ring. Locks of Frank and Laura’s baby hair. Necklace handed down from a great-aunt. Ken brought the pearl leaf necklace to his grandmother from Germany, 1952. My grandmother crotched this little apron for me in 1942, our 30th birthday gift to Laura who will save it for the little daughter on her wish list! |

Thank you K.A.A. - Stevie Handie, president - and all of you who shared your day with us! My "private collection" was delighted to come out of the closet! Kudos go to Sara Smith for orchestrating the hanging of the show, alongside Elaine and Bill Wanke and Laura. Hugs to Ashley, Frank & Jenny, Jo Jo, Laura & Gary, Marcia, Michelle and Virginia, for sharing some of your paintings for the exhibit! Thanks for dropping in! May God color your world rosy!
