Take my faltering hand in yours and walk with me among the roses white.

Walk with me, talk to me in the tranquil dew drenched morning.

Whisper to my soul in the deep night.

Illumine my path with your Love Light.
How intensely comforting to bask in the glowing presence of the Light of the
World!

Embrace my heart's Secret Garden of Praise. Empty my hands that I might cling to you. Worship you. Serve you.

Sup with me here through noondays bright.
 |
Fill to overflowing your sweet gift of JOY...

...and HOPE. Wrap me in your protecting arms as I hold your love close in my heart...

...and SERENITY. I surrender my heart to you - my hopes and fears, my love and my loyalty.
 |
Make my heart's garden a reflecting pond of faith, kept clean and pure, where others might dip their cup and feel refreshed.

And a simple tiny pool of mercy for blessing our fine feathered friends - near and far!

Lord, fill me to the brim with the awareness that you are the same yesterday, today, and forever! And always in control!

Finally, my Lord and Master Gardener - here in this beautiful autumn of my life, I thank you for visiting beyond the garden gate. And for seeing my heart's garden not for what it is, but because of your amazing grace, for what it will one day become!
